Thank you for viewing. This is a pleated skirt for elementary school students in the upper grades. I am selling it because my child has outgrown it. Would this be suitable as a spare? Measured flat, the waist is 36cm. The length is 40cm. Although it is not indicated on the tag, I believe it is equivalent to a size 140. Please allow for some error as this is a hand measurement. It has a button and a zipper. It is still in good condition and can be used, but there is some wear and tear. Please check the images. I plan to ship via Yu-Packet Post.
