This is a potty training seat for babies and kids. It's placed on top of a regular toilet seat to prevent little bottoms from falling in. My grandchild used it twice. I wiped it down, disinfected it, and wiped it down again. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. There's a slight indentation from something being placed on top of it during storage.
