I recently listed the same item, but this one doesn't have Velcro on the back. I've set the condition to "Slightly damaged or with stains" just in case, but I think it's in pretty good condition. It comes with the box and instruction manual. I'll include two DC cables as a bonus. (They are from another company, and I don't guarantee their quality.) Of course, I have confirmed that the main unit works properly. I'm setting the price to be in line with other similar items, so please refrain from negotiating a lower price.
