I purchased this here. I'm selling it because my child has outgrown the romper. I think there are a few pills, but there are no noticeable stains and it seems clean. However, this is a personal inspection. This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things or if you are looking for a perfect item. Thank you.
