This is an Aeropilates folding reformer. I used it at home. Compared to others, it doesn't take up much space when stored at home, which I think is great. I enjoyed doing Pilates while watching TV and also did cardio with the jump board, so I liked it better than the machines at the gym. I'm selling it because I've purchased other machines. 4 levels of resistance. The black mat in the picture is not included.
