The figures are "Final Fantasy VII Play Arts Vol. 1 no.2" and "Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Play Arts no.1". The Advent Children figure's package is the overseas/North American version. Both boxes are quite battered. The Advent Children figure appears to be unopened, but it is being sold as used. The figures themselves seem to be in relatively good condition, but there may be minor scratches, scuffs, stains, and discoloration.
