This is a very cute sweatshirt with a design of a bulldozer and a ladder truck that looks like a pop-up book. I took a quick look and didn't see any noticeable stains or fraying, but there is some slight soiling (see image 8). I think it's perfectly wearable, but please understand that I may have missed something as I am not a professional inspector. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
