I'm decluttering due to a move. There's some initial frame scratching. I have a PSA 8 Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and I feel this is about as clean. I don't think it's a 9. Please judge from the pictures. Please refrain from purchasing if you are a perfectionist or seeking a mint condition item, as this has been stored by a private individual.
