It is used not only for routers connecting company locations but also by individuals to stabilize their home telework environment. It is a current model still sold by NEC. For simple settings, it can be easily configured on the WEB screen, just like a regular home router (see photo). The firmware is also the latest version as of March 9, 2025, so it can connect to NetMeister, and DDNS, cloud management, and firmware update services are available for free from NEC. The following was performed for the listing: ・Dust cleaning with an air duster after opening the lid ・Power-on confirmation ・Firmware version confirmation (10.10.29) ・Temporary settings were entered into a total of 3 ports, GE0, GE1, and GE2, and internet connection was confirmed by connecting a FLET'S line (IPoE line) and two PCs. ・Initialized to factory default settings Although the above initial checks have been performed, functionality is not guaranteed as other operations have not been confirmed.
