Dilute with water to use. The chicken broth is also delicious when diluted with hot water and used as a broth for nyumen (thin wheat noodles in hot broth). I think it would also be delicious used as a broth for ozoni (Japanese New Year's soup). The yuzu broth, when diluted with hot water, lost its yuzu aroma and became a regular noodle soup. The expiration date for both is July 2026.
