This is a 3-piece set consisting of an eSATA PCI bracket, a SATA conversion cable, and a power cable. You can connect one SATA device (up to two if you have a separate eSATA to SATA conversion cable) via the PCI bracket from a peripheral power connector/SATA port on the motherboard.
