It's in working condition and has been tested. The speakers are also producing sound. There are no major noticeable scratches, but there are some minor scuffs from use. As shown in the photos, the speaker foam is torn. For attachment to a helmet, it uses Velcro, but the adhesive is weak, so please purchase some at a 100-yen shop (like a dollar store).
