Arita-yaki (Arita ware) Hisamitsu Kiln Divided Plates, Set of 5 These plates resemble pine trees, three-leaf clovers, or even edamame. Use them for condiments for hot pot or shabu-shabu, dipping sauces for yakiniku (grilled meat), appetizers, and single-dish presentations. They seem like they'll save on dishwashing! These are very versatile plates. There are individual differences in the thickness of the glaze. There are some clay marks on the back and some minor scratches on the surface.
