It's a Kumikyoku baby hat♪ The outside is white with a light blue line, which is elegant and cute, and it was very easy to use because it goes with any outfit☺︎ You need a hat in the summer, but sometimes it doesn't match your outfit, but this hat will add to the look☺︎ The fabric is soft, and my child wore it without complaint. The hat itself is clean without any stains, but the rubber part has a slight discoloration (see photo 3). I think it can still be used.
