The condition is conservatively rated as "some scratches and dirt," but in reality, it's probably somewhere between "some scratches and dirt" and "no noticeable scratches or dirt." I think the frequency of use was roughly a few times a month. This is an average, and there were months when I didn't use it at all. Since it's an older item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
