This is a blouse I bought from ZARA. It's a sold-out item. The design features a short length and a large, frilly collar. It's cute worn as a layering piece, either as an outer layer or with the collar showing as an inner layer, and I think it can be worn year-round except in summer. I bought an XS to get a just-right fit, but I usually wear a size S to M.
