The jacket is collarless with fringe trim around the collar, front placket, and pocket openings. It's made of navy fabric woven with white weft threads. The front has three hook closures. *Fully lined The skirt is a long gathered skirt. It has a slight pleated look. It's made of a beautiful, glossy, dark navy fabric.
