This is a Yamaha Flugelhorn mouthpiece, model EMS. It's the Eric Miyashiro model. It's a used item. It hasn't been used very much. The cup diameter is somewhat small, making it very easy to play. In my case, I used it when switching from a trumpet ("Giardinelli 10M") to a flugelhorn. The transition was seamless. I couldn't find the EMS model on the Yamaha website, so it may no longer be in production (this is just my guess). Please refer to the photos and consider purchasing. Thank you.
