I am selling this item because my child has outgrown it after I purchased it new and used it. There are no major stains, and it has been home-cleaned, but there is some wear and tear from use and aging. The elastic band that holds the waist belt together has stretched out, but it can still be used without issue if you secure it with a hair tie or something similar. A storage cover is included. It is still usable, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
