The tear and many stains were not noticeable in photos taken outdoors during the Hatsumiyamairi (first shrine visit). The right string is coming loose, so it's fine for photos, but it can be sewn if you want to use it for Hatsumiyamairi (see photo 15). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the overall stains.
