These are women's sandals, a style worn by placing the thong between the big toe and the second toe, with a back strap. I purchased them at a department store in Manila, Philippines, for 1,695 pesos, which is about 4,500 yen. The material is flexible and soft resin, and the back strap is adjustable, making them very comfortable to wear. The size is US size 9, EUR size 40, as shown in the photo on the sole of the sandal and the box, which I believe is equivalent to 25.0-26.0cm. I wore them once, so the soles are slightly worn and a little black, but I have stored them carefully since then. There are no functional issues with the decorations or fasteners.
