This is a Uniqlo boa jacket. It's a men's S size, but I think women can wear it too. I usually wear a women's M, but this had a little extra room, and I could wear a sweater underneath comfortably. I bought it for my son, but he outgrew it without wearing it much. I tried to wear it myself, but it didn't suit me, so I'm selling it. It's in good condition, but it is a used item.
