Mavis has weak power and only runs very slowly on flat surfaces. Batteries are not included. It makes a squeaking sound when running. One screw hole is stripped and won't open (photo 8). Please consider this a junk item. Hiro did not move even with batteries inserted. I couldn't remove the △ screws at home, so I haven't been able to clean the inside (photos 16 and 17). The battery replacement area does not use △ screws, so it can be opened. The tire rubber is also severely deteriorated. Both have paint peeling, scratches, and rust on the wheels. Please purchase only if you understand that these are junk items.
