I cleaned it as thoroughly as possible, but there may be some minor scratches or light stains. It's a slightly older model, but there are no particular problems with its operation. It warms up quickly when placed at your feet. All accessories are shown in the images. The base may be removed for packaging. Due to shipping costs, the packaging may be simplified.
