This item was used by me. I inserted a CD and confirmed that sound was produced from both sides. The jog dial is not sticky. Connection cable for the controller and CD player included. A sticker is attached to the bottom of the controller. Power cable included. Red and white cables are not included. The instruction manual is available on the web.
