This is a music box that attaches to a bottle. When you tilt the bottle to pour something like whiskey, the music plays, and it stops when you set the bottle down. I bought this in Switzerland about 50 years ago. The screw for the stopper is missing, so I've replaced it with a small nail. The cork is also a little damaged. The music seems to play a bit slower than it used to.
