I've been using this for several months. Please note that there is one stain (see photo). Also, on the side of the pillow, there's a part where the hard cotton inside is poking out and becoming frayed. However, I think this is a natural wear and tear that happens with use. It's a washable type, so I recommend washing it after purchase if you are concerned about cleanliness.
