This is a thinning shear (scissors) from a high-end scissor manufacturer, Network, model KM30. The comb teeth have small grooves, making it a thinning shear that doesn't thin too much, giving the impression that it's easy for anyone to use. The cutting rate is around 15-18%, and the feel, sharpness, and smoothness of cutting are all excellent. I had them sharpened, so you should be able to use them right away, but if you are particular about the sharpness, please sharpen and adjust them yourself before use.
