There also appears to be some wiping marks on the rear element. This is a lens from Kobori Seisakusho, which is no longer manufacturing camera lenses. Although the brand is not well-known, it was a manufacturer with considerable skill, even involved in OEM production for CANON, so I don't think it's a cheap lens. I've seen many Tefnon lenses before, and I think this one is the most well-balanced. It also has a macro mechanism, allowing for a maximum magnification of 1:2.7. Personally, I think the quality is so good that if you don't like the images produced by this lens, you might not want to bother with Tefnon lenses at all. Please consider it.
