I bought this because I wanted to make dolls, but it was too detailed and tedious, so I gave up. The book includes full-size patterns. I've only flipped through it, so there are no stains or markings, but there is a linear indentation on the bottom of the back cover. It's only noticeable at an angle and there is no discoloration. I'll include a small amount of scrap cotton fabric as a bonus. I will ship via Mercari.
