The first album "MELT" from the solo project by Maria Zardoya, the vocalist of the indie band The Marias. Recorded in January 2025 at FLYING RECORDINGS in Upstate New York with producer Sam Evian and producer/instrumentalist Luca Buccellati, this work was spun as a real-time activity of three people cutting themselves off from the outside world and immersing themselves in music and nature. What emerged from that was an album full of gothic romanticism. It is a record packed with minimal and psychedelic ballads that transform the decaying form of love into sound.
