It's in beautiful condition as it's hardly been used, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details as it is a personal item. I've forgotten the prescription strength, so I don't know it. Please replace the lenses yourself and use it. There is no case. I will wrap it in bubble wrap and ship it. Returns are not accepted.
