Observing the difference between the two, it seems this pillow is comfortable for people whose spines are starting to curve. This is just my personal observation. It seems that some people really love it, while others don't find it suitable, so I've priced it to be a good deal for those who want to try it out. Although it hasn't been used much, it was left out with the cover off, so there is some sun fading. However, it has a double cover, so there shouldn't be any problems. The outer cover has been disinfected and home-cleaned for the sale. I purchased it for around 15,000 yen. The cover alone costs nearly 5,000 yen, so I think it's a great deal.
