This is a double-karuta obi (pre-tied obi) remade from a hanhaba obi (half-width obi). Material is unknown. Obi width: Approximately 17 cm Karuta (decorative front piece) length: Approximately 37 cm Waist size: Up to 110 cm Wrap it around your waist and adjust the length, then attach the included Velcro to the ends of the obi.
