This is a vintage Filofax organizer. Both the inside and outside have no noticeable scratches or stains. The buttons are also clean, and I think it's in pretty good condition for a vintage item. There is only one spot, on the pen holder, where there is a little peeling. I can consider price reductions, so please ask any questions in the comments.
