About 10 years ago, I bought two pieces: a tokkuri (sake bottle) and a cup, both crafted by an artist, that were on display in Mashiko. I didn't intend to sell them, so I threw away the boxes. There's a snake-like marking on the bottom, but I don't know who made them. The pieces are black with gold-brown or gray wavy patterns all over. The tokkuri is about 14.6 cm tall and about 7 cm in diameter. The cup is about 6 cm. I used them once, but they are as good as new because they are valuable and I took good care of them.
