This is a set of glow-in-the-dark Snoopy erasers purchased at USJ during the Heisei era. Photo 3 was taken in the dark, and while it appears to glow brightly in the photo, it doesn't actually glow this much in reality. I believe it was a set of 6. I used one and stored the rest in a dark place. The size of each eraser is approximately 4.5cm by just under 2.5cm. Please understand that I'm not sure if they can still be used as erasers.
