The mount adapter is new and unused. The EF 17-40mm f/4L lens was released in 2005 and is an older model. I don't remember exactly when I purchased it. Although it's old, the image quality of the L lens is excellent, and it can still be used actively. It works comfortably with models that have in-body IS, such as the R7 and R6mk2. Your old lens assets will be revived. There are a few small scratches, but the lens has been constantly protected with a protector, so there are almost no scratches. There is no mold, moisture, dust, or drop damage. I tested it with an EOS R7 and R6mk2, and both the zoom and focus rings operated smoothly. The AF was blazing fast, and the focus was perfect. There are some areas on the black rubber of the zoom and focus rings that are slightly whitish. Please enlarge the images to confirm. This does not affect operability.
