This is an old, plastic, post-shaped letter scale. It's for weighing letters, but since it's old, the standard rate is ¥80. It's unused, but has been taken in and out a few times. There's some lifting on the measurement tape. It also comes with the plastic and outer box, but they are very dirty. I've wiped them down.
