I purchased this at Takashimaya in 2019 and used it for six years. I think the surface isn't very dirty because I had a cover on it. See images 15, 16, and 17. The ribbon on the surface can be replaced with a heart. See images 18 and 19. In images 8 and 20, the charm on the zipper of the inner pocket has come off. The charm is damaged, but I will include it. In image 18, the warranty is cut, but I will include it. Images 2, 4, 8, 10, 13, and 14 show colors that are close to the actual product.
