I wore this once when I went out. It's a summery top with ruffles and button closures. The shoulder ruffles can be attached and detached with buttons. There's a thick elastic band, so it stays in place and is stable. There's no size label, so I think it was a free size. I'm selling it because I don't have a chance to wear it anymore.
