I purchased this rod new about three years ago. I've used it about 10 times, mainly for Tai Rubber and Squid Metal fishing. After use, I washed it with fresh water and stored it indoors, but there is a tiny bit of rust at the base of the guides. Please do not purchase if you are concerned about this.
