This is a Panasonic steamer. Purchased in 2007, it has been stored at home, used occasionally. It was used and stored in the living room, not in humid places like the bathroom. Therefore, the main unit is in very clean condition with almost no dirt or scratches. Also, since only tap water was used and no lotion was used, there are no cosmetic ingredients remaining in the steam outlets or inside. The original box, main unit, water tank, power cord, aroma tablets (2 samples), waterproof sheet, cleaning needle, and cleaning brush are all included. The aroma tablets, cleaning needle, and cleaning brush are unused. I used my own cleaner for cleaning. Operation has been confirmed, but please note that I cannot respond to any malfunctions after purchase due to the age of the product. I have personally taken very good care of it, so it is in very clean condition. Equipped with both hot and cold steam, you can enjoy a luxurious time.
