This is a 2x teleconverter for Sigma EF mount lenses. Operation has been confirmed. I purchased this item in excellent condition and used it outdoors once. It has been stored in a dehumidified cabinet since then. I believe both the lens and the exterior are in beautiful condition. Everything shown in the photos is included. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
