I would like to sell some of my repaired items and collection little by little. This is a vintage Famous FU-200 soprano ukulele. It is equivalent to the current model FS-5G (list price 41,800 yen). It's been a while since I've seen a FU-200 with such beautiful wood grain!! I've seen dozens of Famous ukuleles, and I think the FU-200 has the best Hawaiian koa wood. Among them, this ukulele is a model with a very clear tiger stripe pattern! The surface, back, head, and even the inside (see photo 12) have tiger stripe patterns. It's a model from about 30 years ago, using good quality wood, and it's also well-dried. There are various fine scratches and dents overall, but I think it's sufficient for a vintage item. It is recommended for those who want to play it hard and enjoy the performance, rather than just displaying it! ・The whole instrument has been cleaned. ・The friction pegs have been replaced with new geared pegs. 　I think this will make it less likely to go out of tune. 　Replacing the pegs costs at least 10,000 yen if you ask a professional, so it's a great deal considering the replacement cost. (The peg bushings didn't look very good, so I didn't install them. I will include them, so if you want to install them, please attach them with double-sided tape.) ・The strings have been replaced with new ones. ・Since there was no saddle, I made an original bamboo saddle. 　Bamboo saddles are not usually sold unless you buy an all-bamboo ukulele, so please enjoy the sound of the bamboo saddle. 　*Please adjust the height by shaving the bottom to your liking. ・The original pegs are included. ・A tuner is not included, so if you don't have one, you can use a smartphone app (free).
