I think it's relatively clean since I only used it occasionally on cold days, but there is some fabric wear, especially on the bottom. It has snaps at the crotch, so it won't ride up, and the thick fabric seemed warm. The size is unknown as there is no label, so please refer to the photos taken with a measuring tape.
