This is a namasu dish purchased at an antique market. I liked the somewhat unusual color scheme, so I brought it home. The inside features a printed design of pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms. A touch of elegance is added with gold accents. The rim of the inside has a lightning pattern. Around that are three circular windows, each with a stylized and cute design of pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms. Next to those are a shihou-tasuki (four-direction sash) pattern and arabesque. The body has an arabesque pattern. There are cracks, chips, and a kiln repair. Otherwise, it seems to be kiln marks. Other than that, there don't seem to be any noticeable large scratches or chips.
