I purchased this at a recycle shop. It's Miki-chan, made by Licca-chan Castle. The face and hair are smooth and in good condition, but the previous owner had dyed some of the hair purple. I removed the dye to some extent with nail polish remover, then gave it a hot water perm and treated it with fabric softener. I don't think there's any nail polish remover smell, but a faint trace of purple is still visible. However, it's not very noticeable. (Please check the photos.) Also, there's some dirt on the hands.
