New item. This is a La Mer cushion foundation puff. It is not for sale and was a promotional gift. I received it at the counter when I purchased a product. For hygiene reasons, I took the photos with the puff still in its bag. The diameter is 5.5cm. It comes with one plastic case. There is no La Mer logo on the case.
