This is a plush badge purchased during the 13th anniversary of Tokyo DisneySea. It's new with tags. It has been stored in a dark place, and there are no noticeable scratches, but the tag is made of paper, so there is some aging. Also, please understand that this is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights. It will be lightly compressed in a zip-lock bag and shipped via anonymous Yu-Packet Post Mini.
